Driving to the Flynt Building

The Flynt Building is located at 8484 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills on the South East corner of Wilshire Blvd. and La Cienega Blvd.

From the 10 Freeway driving WEST

• Take the VENICE BLVD exit- EXIT 7A- toward LA CIENEGA BLVD
• Continue STRAIGHT off the exit until LA CIENEGA BLVD
• Turn RIGHT on LA CIENEGA BLVD
• Travel 1.7 miles north and watch for GREGORY WAY (a block before Wilshire)
• Half way between GREGORY WAY and WILSHIRE BLVD there is a "Public Parking" sign at the garage entrance just before the building
• Turn RIGHT onto the driveway which will lead you to the Valet parking area

From the 10 Freeway driving EAST

• Take the LA CIENEGA BLVD exit- EXIT 7A- use the La Cienega NORTH ramp
• The ramp leads you onto LA CIENAGA BLVD heading north
• Travel 1.7 miles north and watch for GREGORY WAY (a block before Wilshire)
• Half way between GREGORY WAY and WILSHIRE BLVD there is a "Public Parking" sign at the garage entrance just before the building
• Turn RIGHT onto the driveway which will lead you to the Valet parking area

From the 101 Freeway driving SOUTH

• Take EXIT 9C toward HIGHLAND AVE / HOLLYWOOD BOWL
• Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto CAHUENGA BLVD (CAHUENGA BLVD. becomes N HIGHLAND AVE.)
• After 3.4 miles turn RIGHT onto WILSHIRE BLVD
• The Flynt Building will be 2.1 miles away on your left hand side
• Turn LEFT at S. HAMILTON DR. (There is no light at S. Hamilton Dr, and is the left just after S. Gale Dr.)
• Turn RIGHT into the garage driveway after the sign "8484 Wilshire Visitor Public Parking" which will lead you to the Valet parking area

Once in the building take the elevator to floor 1 for the building directory.
