About the Parking Garage

There are parking garage entrances on La Cienega and S. Hamilton Dr. just south of the building. The garage has 601 spaces on 4 levels of parking and the building and parking are open and available to tenants 24/7.

Tenant Parking

Tenants can purchase a keycard for 24/7 access to the Flynt Building parking garage for general parking. For an additional cost tenants may obtain a reserved parking space.

Also available to tenants is a Car Washing Service. The Service takes up to 7 cars per day at $7.00 for passenger cars and $10.00 for SUV's.

Guest Parking & Valet

Valet parking is offered to guest on the first level of the garage for a rate of $2.00 per 15 minutes, and a max of $16 per day during business hours.

For some special events the Flynt Building offers its parking garage to The Wilshire Theatre's patrons for $10 per car for the night's event.
